We work on all types of residential construction projects and our team will ensure you get the home of your dreams while also making sure the building process is as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Quality, integrity and attention to detail are things we pride ourselves on. It’s not just about meeting your expectations – we aim to exceed them. We’ll oversee every aspect of the building process right down to the interior finishes, if that’s what you need. And we have a tight and well-rounded team of sub-trades, consultants and contractors who are quality craftsmen and will pay meticulous attention to the smallest details. A bit about the inner workings of division building ltd. Leon Kennedy the founder of the company has spent most of his life in the trade sector from a young age till now. Finishing his apprenticeship in his late teens then traveling the world working in construction throughout Europe in high end residential homes. From there building Sydney’s exclusive northern beach homes to then return and form the company here in NZ. Some of the benefits of this is the direct link from the project management to the onsite workings as the team…small but very experienced in all sectors all share and collaborate trying to hold, quality, precision and craftsmanship in the highest regard. All while considering budget, timelines and transparency a must to the client.
