Davies Homes is a proven, highly reputable new home building company. For over 25 years, they’ve crafted stunning homes that stand the test of time. Their standards are among the highest in the industry, and their designs are both functional and architecturally beautiful. As one of the chosen few builders in the 3MS Bridleways Estate and St Kilda’s subdivisions in Cambridge, they have been recognised for their building excellence. Every home is one-of-a-kind, cleverly designed to optimise the potential of each site and constructed to the absolute highest standards. The team's focus goes beyond construction. As true build partners, they aspire to enhance their clients lifestyle and investment. Whether it’s cost-saving solutions or impressive details, they bring passion, expertise, and innovation to every home they build. By having a dedicated in-house design team, they also save their clients time and money. Managing Director Daniel Davies personally oversees every home, which is something that not all well-established building companies are able to offer as they grow.
