Builders Blueprint was founded by Thomas Karanikolaou, who started as a builder and worked his way up as a project manager for another construction company. In a self-seeking industry that was centred around profit as its motive, Thomas wanted to change the standard and bring back the focus on the core players of the industry- its people. Mission Statement: "We aim to set the standard in all aspects of the property development industry; people, process, price, and product." The Vision: People Are Our Priority: Here at Builders Blueprint, we want to bring back the focus towards the real key players in the industry- our own people. Our workers are our priority and we believe success begins within. We value our cultural diversity and have mutual respect for one another. Our company values the concept of family. Process Is Our Pride: We believe that the Builders Blueprint way is the most efficient way. We have revised our processing and work modules to ensure that each worker demonstrates quality work. We consistently review our module implementations in order to continuously find efficient ways to build. Prices Are Plausible: We price our services in a fair manner that benefits our consumers. We believe that every Kiwi deserves a dream home at a reasonable price. Here at Builders Blueprint, we price based on what we can do, how we can do it and how realistic it will be implemented. Product Is Premium: Builders Blueprint guarantees the highest quality service and we ensure that our work and product are at a premium standard. Our builders are only a few of the 3,500 builders who are NZCB Qualified, meaning our quality and craftsmanship is at an elite level. In addition, Builders Blueprint is qualified by the BCITO.
