Project look book featuring The Foundation Precinct by Baran de Bordeaux. Set in the heart of Parnell, The Foundation Precinct is redefining luxury retirement living in Auckland. The interiors, designed by Stuart Harris of Macintosh Harris, combine classic detailing with a fresh, contemporary sensibility, and nowhere is that more evident than in the hand-painted de Gournay wallpapers that grace its public spaces.
