Rhode Island Outdoor Pit Fireplaces | Square

“We would just like to express our thanks for the exceptional service we have received from the team at Living Flame. From the outset we received professional, informative advice which enabled our selection of one of your fireplaces extremely easy. We have just had the fireplace installed and were very happy to receive a "once over" safety inspection of the unit once it was installed. Your customer service is second to none, your staff friendly and helpful and the product itself is both beautiful and efficient. We can't praise your company enough, and were even offered a refund of the excess flue requirements that we had originally pruchased... Thank you again for superior service and an all round great experience, and we will actively promote Living Flame products to all of our friends.”
