Being an older home, the layout of this home was no longer suitable for our clients who had a growing family and the need for a better living and kitchen area with an indoor/outdoor flow. This led to the design of a new Living and kitchen area extension on to the old home, with a full refurb of the existing bedrooms and bathrooms to bring the home into the modern age.
