What we did:
Calder Stewart is one of New Zealand’s leading commercial and industrial construction companies. We have partnered with them to carry out the grout and sealant to the Vodafone Innov8 commercial project in central Christchurch.

Calder Stewart trusted us to grout the precast panels and structural steel base isolators using Sikagrout 212 as well as carry out the fire-rated sealant using Sika Fire 400 to 1,200 metres on both buildings on very tight sites whilst both were being built in unison.

What we achieved:
Our specialist team carried out these works and provided the quality assurance that ensures the safety of the occupants inside the completed building. The Vodafone Innov8 building is now recognised as one of New Zealand’s most technologically advanced buildings. We continue to be a specialist construction partner of Calder Stewart, delivering on a number of their projects across this region on a regular basis.
