Tūranga is the main public library in Christchurch, New Zealand. It opened in October 2018 and replaced the nearby Christchurch Central Library. TM Consultants provided siphonic drainage on this award winning project. The siphonic design saved $25k+ on this project and was an alternative design offered by TMCo to help the contractor reduce costs.
