Takapuna Shared Office.

This funky shared office space was to be the first of its kind in the Takapuna suburb, an awesome idea by Wotso a company based in Australia specialising in generating amazing work spaces for SME businesses to successfully operate.

The project involved detailed project management relating to the various contractors and specific council requirements with fire, mechanical ventilation and emergency lighting. The Concept team have an amazing network of sub-contractors who made a difficult project relatively straight forward.

The client brief was to utilise recycled materials to create a unique space. Once the framing alteration was completed the team sourced materials from far and wide such as second hand pallets, fixing the recycled materials to the partition with lots of glass to promote natural sun-light. The recycle materials was coated in an amazing clear intumescent paint to achieve fire ratings as needed.

The space opening in late 2023 and is now at capacity with a waiting list. Another awesome project successfully completed with close communication and teamwork with our client throughout.
