Welcome to the popular Eden Park area, a cluster of early Edwardian villas in a pocket of 5 or 6 tree-lined streets between Kingsland, Mt Eden and Sandringham - Auckland.

This lofty renovation and extension by Villa Specialists, Basalt Build, features our EcodureOak Engineered Oak flooring (Western Slow).

The family wanted a warm, natural look across all their living areas and the incredibly long hallway, so we supplied our 240mm wide engineered oak in the popular Western Slow colour. It was a perfect match for their extensive renovation and extension, bringing a natural anchor to a light, bright and incredibly lofty space.

Installation was completed by NZ Flooring Specialists using a glue-down method, ensuring a sturdy, long-lasting finish that complements the villa’s elegant design. It was a pleasure working with Basalt Build again on this super Auckland Villa. The project showcases the quality and versatility of EcodureOak, making it a standout feature in this fully reinvented home, blending timeless style with modern craftsmanship.
