This stunning villa is over 100 years old and the owners decided it was time for a revamp including a whole new level!

The 150m2 second story was fitted around the existing structural beams of the first floor and includes 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped bathroom, a powder room, a lounge and a large deck to enjoy the beautiful country views.

This lovely cosy extended house is now the perfect home for this large family to be able to relax and spread out whilst listening to the birds chirp and the rustling leaves in the wind all year round.
