A Rebuild with a Sea View.

We stripped this home right back to its bones and rebuilt it from the ground up, creating a fresh, modern space defined by clean lines, natural textures, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

A striking cedar screen draws the eye from the ground floor all the way to the first-floor ceiling, while timber floors, Kwila decking, and soft curtains connect each space with warmth and continuity. The master suite features refined paneling with integrated LED lighting, offering a quiet touch of everyday luxury.

Landscaping was completed alongside the build, ensuring the exterior flows effortlessly from the pergola to the sea view beyond.
