NZCEL was engaged by Auckland Transport to perform a seismic assessment of two early nineteen hundred timber buildings. The analysis was carried out to the current timber assessment guideline in order to determine the achievable %NBS for the structures. NZCEL also provided strengthening options for both buildings to achieve a minimum rating of 67%NBS.
