This home is located on the moderately busy Queen Street in Northcote Point. It was to replace a 1980's leaky house on a 276m2 Heritage Zone property. The brief was to get a modern, industrial concrete and steel, open plan home, with views to the West and drawing as much light as possible, and that sat comfortably with its early century neighbours.
