A sanctuary-like residence that celebrates its consistent language of light, functionality, and connectivity.

Upon arrival, behind the large entry door, the journey begins from the light-filled foyer with a generous volume. Through the nature of the levelled site, the spatial design encouraged unobstructed views. Generous natural light-flooded inward with interior textures and details clearly exhibited to the eyes.
The entry foyer’s floor pattern conveys a welcome gesture and intuitively promotes curious navigation.

The staircase is a vertical connection between the two floors, whereas the suspended fireplace acts as the centerpiece connecting the living room and kitchen on a horizontal aspect. Both elements are finished in stucco - a plastering technique that is gentle yet presents a handcrafted warmth. The flow of the kitchen extends all the way to the large window that looks out to the pool, making a seamless connection to the outdoor space. The continuous long wall of full height storage is broken up with cross boxes as wine racks, adding rhythm to the functions. The then journey leads flawlessly to its sanctuary-like landscape. The vast openness reveals an infinite view.

Overall, while the house feels spacious, it celebrates a consistent language of light, functionality, and connectivity.
