Punawai House is a study in refined simplicity, where materials and craftsmanship come together to create a seamless, functional interior. We completed the full interior fit-out, including the kitchen, bathrooms, office, and laundry, using a carefully curated palette designed for longevity and ease of living.

Whitewashed Art Oak joinery flows throughout the home, bringing softness and cohesion to every space. In the kitchen, the furniture linoleum adds a soft, matte contrast to the oak, while the silverTouch benchtop provides a durable, sophisticated surface—perfect for a kitchen designed to be used. Thoughtfully integrated storage ensures a clean, uncluttered aesthetic without compromising practicality.

This considered design extends to the bathrooms, office, and laundry, where material continuity enhances the home’s calm and timeless feel. Every element has been crafted with purpose, creating a space that is as effortless as it is beautiful.
