The Penrhyn Residence exemplifies a high-end renovation of an authentic 1920s Arts and Crafts home, completed in 2026. Our approach was to preserve the character and integrity of the original architecture while elevating the interior spaces.

The project features marble and limestone surfaces, complemented by herringbone timber flooring, natural stone tiles and plastered wall finishes.
