The dessert theme conceived by Hachem not only gave the restaurant at the Adelphi hotel a completely fresh identity, it provided our interiors team with a rich cache of inspiration. Luxurious colour tones and textures provide an inviting backdrop and complement the artistic plate presentation.

Moody, seductive and elegant, Om Nom combines the design cues of a boutique hotel lobby with an intimate restaurant setting to offer a true feast for the senses and yield a dining experience unlike any other.

Marketing

With a name inspired by Sesame Street’s resident sweet tooth, Cookie Monster, the marketing of Om Nom could hardly be predictable. Hachem extended the idea to create a powerful brand that had to stand on its own two feet without the drawcard of a high profile chef.

We created menus, signage, advertising and the website for Om Nom, delicately combining the sophistication expected by diners with a lighter touch that captured and amplified the mood of this unique offering. A highlight is the signature lips installation on the back wall that symbolises the sense of taste.
