MPD Constructions Group were engaged to complete the design and construct refurbishment works to Neringah Hospital, creating a new 19 bed Palliative Care unit to the existing ground floor. This negotiated refurbishment was successfully completed on time, within budget and to a first-class standard.

Works included the entire demolition of the existing ground floor, upgrades to the incoming mains and the complete refurbishment to the ground floor and creation of a new morgue.
