The BDAI team was challenged with the opportunity to manage and design a multi-use convenience food hub with associated landscaping and car parking. The tenant mix includes Rashays, Starbucks and KFC.

The design was developed to maximise the site's efficiency and ensure better access to each food outlet. Understanding the context, we crafted bespoke Rashays and KFC buildings with fresh, innovative designs accentuating the buildings' form and adopted the Starbucks design to enhance the overall customer experience.
