Arched windows frame a view that changes with the seasons and the tide. Drawing on this, head chef Jefferey De Rome presents a menu with a unique sense of place and a Mediterranean soul".

Studio Enti worked with the Merivale team to develop the tableware for this iconic Sydney venue. Classic forms are married with beautiful cream and white hand cast, hand-painted porcelain dishes.

Designed to frame the inspired menu and compliment further the fine dining experience, the tableware is both elegant and enduring.

The Studio Enti colour palette is based on a refined selection of hues - playing with gentle gradients and tones. Using two high quality Australian Porcelains, we have created colour variations that have distinct, yet subtle differences. The greys mixed in our white porcelain give clean grey colours with a slight blue undertone, whilst the colours mixed in the cream porcelain have a slightly more earthy and green undertone.
