Smitheram's Building. Hayden Smitheram is the Company Director of Smitheram's Building. He comes from a family of builders and Smitheram’s Building has a combined 50+ years experience in construction and a variety of projects ranging from high-end residential, apartments and hotel builds. Returning to New Zealand and settling in Wanaka with his two young boys, Hayden established his own building company. Hayden is a self-described perfectionist, with his motto being "millimeter perfect". Hayden and his team thrive on technically challenging builds and enjoy seeing an owner's dream turn into reality.
