A new evolution of resort fine dining is underway at Miller & Lux Hualalai, located at the incredible Four Seasons Hualalai at Ka'upulehu. The restaurant overlooks the 18th hole and spectacular sunsets.

An opportunity to combine world class dining, skiing, and a delightful experience to enjoy it all in the Colorado Rockies. This restaurant revamp was as much a pop-up as seasonal outpost for Miller & Lux. Decamping to the Four Seasons Vail for a season was a treat and an opportunity to transform an old restaurant into a mountainside fantasy.

Miller & Lux Provisions

The next evolution of the Miller & Lux brand. This Patisserie concept pulls design DNA from a Parisian aesthetic, paired with the Victorian traditions of San Francisco and the abundance of the natural world in and around the Bay Area. Pastries, champagne, pétit gâteau are all on offer.

Elizabeth Rose Jackson Interiors. Elizabeth is trained as an architect, interior designer, art historian and maker. Elizabeth brings a remarkable and varied background to her practice. She marries an art historical eye, informed by serious study of topics such as oceanic change, informal settlements, and various modes of metabolism, with a rich well of on-the-ground experience working on highly successful projects like Carbone, Felix Roasting Company, Miller & Lux, Legacy Records, and Saint Joseph’s Art Society (all done in her capacity as head of Interior Architecture and Design at Ken Fulk Inc). Previous to Ken Fulk Inc., Elizabeth worked at the global engineering powerhouse Arup, where she produced extensively-researched analytical documents in collaboration with National Geographic, the World Economic Forum, and TED. She has also designed prints and patterns for Pottery Barn; acted as contributing editor for The Economist; and lived on San Juan Island, where she learned the fundamentals of custom residential design and construction. Her work has been widely published, appearing in Architectural Digest, Vogue, the San Francisco Chronicle, Architectural Record, the Local Project, and Metropolis, among others. Elizabeth received her Masters of Architecture from the California College of the Arts, and her BA in Art and Architectural History from the University of Washington. At UW she was a proud member of the Varsity Sailing Team, traveling nationally to sail competitively.
