The primary aim of this project was to conceive and build a state-of-the-art health and fitness center within the premises of a historic beach club situated in Antigua, West Indies. This endeavor not only fulfills the immediate need for enhanced wellness facilities but also stands as an exemplary model for sustainable development and water conservation. By prioritizing the re-utilization of on-site materials and safeguarding the integrity of the adjacent native Antiguan forest, the project aligns with ecofriendly practices.

The resort dates back to the 1940's and has been a steward of nearly 2,500 acres on the east coast of the Caribbean Island. Evolving from its initial mid-century architecture, the resort has expanded to encompass a clubhouse, guest accommodations, 120 residences, and the newly added health and fitness center.
