The new Matai Wing is a 5 level, 20 room addition to the Commodore Hotel. The new building is constructed of precast concrete panels with concrete floors to achieve a high level of acoustic separation as well as provide the required fire separation. The rooms have been designed to meet the hotels ‘business level’ specification. Each bathroom has a bath as well as a separate WC and shower.
