This self-contained guest apartment with tennis court overlooking picturesque Lake Wanaka has a custom built bunk room and home gym. Design features include negative detailing on the ceilings and seamless lines outside where the exterior wall cladding meets the roof lines perfectly. The project included extensive landscaping, stone masonry, a new pool and outdoor living areas by the pre-existing main house, which also received a kitchen makeover.
