A contemporary transformation of a Victorian villa, blending heritage charm with modern design, featuring seamless indoor-outdoor transitions and high-end materials, completed in 2024 by Fearon Hay and Amelia Holmes.
Originally a Victorian villa, transformed with extensive upgrades, and celebrated for its modern redesign while preserving character features. The renovation emphasises seamless indoor-outdoor transitions, attention to enhancing natural light, and high-end materials like travertine and custom-made oak. Fearon Hay’s redesign of the Herne Bay home has transformed it into a celebrated architectural marvel. The design retained key heritage elements while introducing sleek, minimalist interiors, spaciousness, and refined, warm finishes.
