Located in a Mixed Housing Sub-Urban Zone. Fifteen terrace townhouses on a combined 2,000m2 waterfront site. The townhouses have roof terraces to maximise the view towards Manukau Harbour. Perforated screens provide a contemporary aesthetic of fishing nets which gives the development a sense of place. The two to four bedroom units each have their own carparks and private outdoor living spaces.
