The Latimer Apartment Complex for Street & Cook Construction, this central Christchurch project was completed in 2020. Due to membrane decking, our Ultra Jack floating pedestal system was used throughout all exterior decking along with our CMP Porcelain Oxide Natural tile which is frost resistant, 2cm structural and rectified. The result was a practical and clean finish to suit the needs of Street & Cook.
