Client's Pete and Carly came to us with their ideas and vision for the breath taking section they had purchased in Cromwell over looking lake Dunstan. The home was to be constructed of hard wearing materials that would compliment the landscape and survive in the harsh Central Otago climate. Schist stone from local quarries and pre-color coated steel were chosen as a well proven fit.
The home is positioned to make the most of the commanding position atop a hill with large rocky outcrops over looking the lake. A central living wing divides the master suite from the guest bedrooms, providing privacy and a choice of courtyards depending on wind direction.
