ACH Consulting are proud to be the structural and civil engineers to this 2016 House of the Year. This West Auckland home, achieved the 2016 Registered Master Builders Home of the Year Gold Award for New Homes over $2 million in the Auckland/Northland Region.

In conjunction with Patterson Architects, ACH engineers designed this home turning a patch of grass with promising views into a luxury resort-style home which exudes contemporary class and comfort. Precast concrete walls encase the industrially inspired interior and huge glass windows bring in light and stunning water views, of both the outdoor pool and the Auckland harbour beyond. Designed with entertaining in mind, an amazing open plan dining and kitchen area spans inside and out. The semi-retired owners are loving their 400sqm slice of paradise, just a stone’s throw from the city.
