This large family home already had expansive views of Lake Wanaka & beautiful established gardens. Our goal was to give the house a new lease of life with a stylish & modern interior & updated exterior. Hill House was much more than a renovation, it was a complete refit.

Inside we installed new linings & joinery, as well as brand new kitchen, bathrooms & laundry.

On the outside we replaced all of the cladding & roof which now gives it a sleek modern look.

Hill House now looks like a brand new build, & the owners now enjoy their much-loved view from their new house.
