With a modern/semi industrial brief, we went with contrasting materials of Vertical Shiplap, Rockcote Integra with a Cerano concrete finish and block veneer. The strong lines of the monopitch/parapet profile complement the brief also.

This dwelling really has everything you could need in a modern, comfortable home. All spaces are generously proportioned, and the indoor outdoor flow couldn't be better.
