After 160 years, the Hamilton Hotel underwent a much-needed refurbishment. This took shape as a modern bar and bistro, designed for an elegant dining experience while incorporating bold and playful details that reflect the building’s history.

Colour and bespoke details were used to define the soul of each space. In the Bar, the energy is bolder and moodier while in the Bistro, the atmosphere shifts to something more refined and upmarket.
