Guedes Project

The Guedes Project by Christal Gines Interiors is a modern residential new build shaped around depth, warmth and refined material detail. Rather than relying on a single design gesture, the interiors are composed through layers of tone, texture, lighting and furnishing, creating a home that feels both elevated and deeply personal. Dramatic stone, warm ambient lighting and carefully considered finishes bring richness to the home’s key spaces, while softer details introduce comfort and ease. From the bathroom to the bar and bedroom areas, each space has been designed with intention, balancing everyday functionality with a polished, atmospheric sensibility. The result is a contemporary home with character and restraint — modern in its detailing, but warm, layered and quietly expressive in the way it is lived in.
