Set quietly within one of Dallas's most storied neighborhoods, this residence is a masterwork of architecture and art in seamless conversation. Designed by Bodron/Fruit, the home moves effortlessly between the contemplative and the exuberant — a flat-roofed modern composition clad in warm wood, stacked stone, and expansive glass that dissolves the boundary between the lush, pool-graced grounds and the luminous interiors beyond. Inside, the home functions as much as gallery as dwelling: a double-height living room anchors a dramatic programmable video wall, its shifting imagery of bioluminescent branches casting the space in an ever-changing atmosphere, while a monumental sculptural figure presides beneath the floating staircase like a sentinel of the imagination. Throughout, the palette is restrained and refined — white oak cabinetry, honed dark stone, marble dining tables, and warm hardwood floors — allowing the architecture to yield gracefully to an extraordinary art collection at every turn. The kitchen opens with chef-caliber ease to the outdoor loggia; the primary suite offers a hushed sanctuary of linen and light; and a floor-to-ceiling library, packed with books and anchored by a rolling worktable, hints at the richness of the life lived here. This is a home designed not merely to impress, but to inhabit — quietly confident, deeply considered, and alive with beauty at every scale.
