TMCo provided full services documentation for these multiple apartment projects aimed at the first home buyer or astute investor. This development facilitates reduced body corporate fees.
Through the thoughtful placement of services and equipment, TMCo was able to rationalise the architecture by minimising/removing bulkheads, removing cylinders and using central water heating and combined services. The result was spaces that maximise living potential, construction value and enhanced tenant flexibility.
