This 4th floor 1970s walk up is pitched right on slopes of Mt Eden enjoying a canopy of avocados, figs and apple trees just off the balcony. It's one of those heart strings homes that needed flooring sections that sat with and enhanced the quiet treetop nature of the home.

DuracoreSilent® Acoustic Flooring was able to reduce the sound transfer to the units below meeting the requirements of Body Corp with ease while also softening ambient noise within the apartment itself.

Warm, quiet, waterproof & beautiful, DuracoreSilent (Te Anau) was perfect for quiet sunrise intentions and relaxed evenings all year round.
