This original 1900s home in Christchurch has been reimagined for modern life. Reconfigured for flow, a new dining room and living area enhance openness to the rest of the home. Stunning new rimu paneling, full-height wooden windows and classic timber exterior weatherboard. Large rimu stacking doors offer a modern twist on the classic tale, providing a smooth transition from traditional interiors to new alfresco spaces which features carefully engineered concrete piles that support the new pool/spa which was helicoptered onto site.
