A recently completed 35 Cotham Road refurbishment design pays tribute to the local parkland and natural materials and ample greenery. The key aspirations to come out of the briefing phase were to have a workplace that is functional, adaptive, and interactive to collaborate and inspire their people. A central auditorium seating was incorporated in the design to create a multi-purpose ‘third place‘ adding a sense of scale and drama whilst creating a clear and consistent connection across both the floors.
