Nestled within Geelong’s hospitality laneway, Little Malop Street, we have collaborated with a restaurateur to create a Japanese-inspired champagne and seafood bar. The existing site—rich in raw masonry materials such as brick and concrete—has been carefully maintained and restored for its future purpose, while the interior fit-out introduces a warm luxury of timbers and brushed brass.

Currently an abandoned 4.2-metre-wide shopfront, we are working to bring life back into this small but mighty opportunity.
