Designed by Wilkie + Bruce Architects, the three-storey mixed use development combines a ground floor retail tenancy with a private apartment above. Every element of the design was carefully considered to respect the scale, proportions and character of the neighbouring heritage streetscape while introducing a distinctly modern architectural language.

Wakefield Metals was proud to supply VMZINC Pigmento Brown for the roofing and façade package, providing a premium natural material chosen for both its architectural appearance and long-term durability.

Unlike painted products, VMZINC is a living material that continues to evolve throughout its life. Its natural patina develops over time, creating subtle variations in tone and texture that give each project its own unique character while providing exceptional corrosion resistance and minimal maintenance requirements.

Installed using standing seam and flat lock systems, the VMZINC façade delivers crisp architectural lines and a refined finish that complements the surrounding heritage buildings while creating a striking contemporary identity.
