The owners of this Upper Hutt colonial villa contacted Refresh Renovations to expand their home with an orangery. Though this was a big undertaking, Renovation Partner Mark Morrison ensured the project produced an exceptional outcome. Notable features include a spa pool and glass doors surrounding the entire room. High-end finishes and attention to detail resulted in an indulgent, restful space reminiscent of a luxury retreat. Soaking in a spa pool, protected from the elements, while taking in the incredible views is the pinnacle of indoor/outdoor living, which is exactly what the homeowners wanted to achieve. “Jenelle Winstanley was the lead on our project and she very much gave us 110%. She communicated well, was in touch with regular updates and kept things rolling and on track. She was really approachable and friendly and always willing to be available whenever we needed her. Going the extra mile appears to be her default setting. I cannot fault her support, attention to detail and her enthusiasm for our project. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends.”
