Expella’s products have been used to ventilate the two bathrooms and a laundry. The main bathroom, with a cathedral ceiling and skylights has no openable windows so ventilation was key to ensure a moisture and odour free environment. With limited ceiling space for services in this bathroom, the Linear Slot Grille was installed on the bathroom wall providing an extraction point for the EMF Inline Fan that ducts air to the house exterior. With the main bathroom also functioning as a guest bathroom, the Milu Mod Odourless In-wall toilet ensures embarrassing smells are kept at bay with the Odourless by Expella system extracting odour directly from the toilet bowl.

The master ensuite features another Milu Odourless toilet, while damp air is extracted through Expella’s award winning Shadowline Diffuser Pro for a steam free bathroom. EMF Inline fans are installed inside the ceiling and quietly provide the air extraction power for the ensuite and laundry.
