Non-slip truck and trailer decking. Trans-Tex 220 is manufactured with European Birch plywood overlaid with a hard-wearing, slip-resistant, wire-mesh pattern designed for the most demanding flooring applications. Both weather and waterproof and resistant to commonly used chemicals. 

Trans-Tex 220 has become the preferred choice for many vehicles and trailer manufacturers worldwide and is recognised as one of the most economical decking materials due to its high bending stiffness, high impact resistance and durability.

Scope of use

Truck and trailer decking, scaffolding platforms, stair treads, pedestrian bridges, vehicle floors, factory floors, loading platforms, staging, ship decks or any other application requiring high wear resistance and anti-slip properties.

Delivery Information

Delivery Days:

We deliver on weekdays only. Warehouse Location: All orders are dispatched from our Auckland Warehouse.

Delivery Times:

  • Local Auckland: Next day delivery.
  • Other Areas: 2-5 working days.

You will receive a confirmation of the delivery day. The truck driver will call you one hour before arrival. For local deliveries, you will be notified when the driver departs from our warehouse.

Unloading Requirements:

  • You must have two people present to unload the order upon delivery.
  • For Health and Safety reasons, truck drivers are unable to assist with unloading.
Returns Policy
  • The Customer must inspect all Goods immediately on delivery.
  • No claim relating to Goods will be considered unless made to Plytech within seven (7) days of delivery.
  • The Customer is liable for any freight and insurance cost of returns.
  • Plytech will not accept returns of special or indent orders without prior approval.
