Make a spectacular design statement with Rosenfeld Kidson’s solid timber flooring. Hardwood flooring is an extremely versatile material that provides natural beauty, and resilience, and is practical and warm to the touch.

Solid timber flooring is installed in its 'raw' state by expert floor installers. The floor is then sanded as a whole to a fine finish and coated in its entirety, providing a sophisticated end result that will last for generations to come.

Rosenfeld Kidson’s large range of beautiful timber floor species provides a wide variety of grain, colour and size to choose from, ranging from the very popular White Oak or pale Maple to the warmth of Matai or Rimu and the deep hues of Jarrah.  These timbers readily accept stains and there is a myriad of finishes available to suit most interior designs.

Traditional tongue and groove hardwood timber flooring is most commonly available in a 19mm finished thickness. This is typically supplied in a secret nail profile to provide secure fixing without top nailing, and can also be end-matched to facilitate end-jointing between joists.

Tongue and groove overlay flooring is a popular and more economical option for those wanting the beauty and luxury of a solid hardwood floor, at a price which is competitive with pre-finished flooring products.  Available in a range of timber species, this wooden flooring product is designed to overlay concrete or an existing timber, plywood or particleboard floor.  Tongue and groove overlay timber flooring is still solid timber and is typically available in a 13mm thickness.

Rosenfeld Kidson is also able to offer block parquet flooring.  Traditional hardwood parquet flooring is usually produced in a 19mm finished thickness but thinner options are also available.  Common block parquet dimensions are 260x65mm and 340x85mm.  Finger parquet tiles and other profiles are also available upon request.
