The Perrin & Rowe floor legs are a unique, no fuss product. The design emphasis is on the point of connection at the finished floor level. The plumber runs his standard sized water pipes under the floor and terminates them with two 15mm male threads projecting past what will be the finished floor level. The waterproofing membrane is then installed followed by the finished flooring. Once all of the tiling and painting has been completed, the floor legs and bath filler are then connected onto the top of these threads and the freestanding bath installed alongside. The Perrin & Rowe floor legs incorporate on/off valves where they connect at the floor so the floor legs can be removed in the future for redecoration of the room.

All Perrin & Rowe taps feature excellent quarter-turn German made ceramic disc valves for many years of accurate and effortless use.

Crosshead handles feature 'Perrin & Rowe Mayfair' surrounding 'HOT' or 'COLD' lettering on a glazed porcelain dome. They offer a traditional look whilst employing quality ceramic disc valves.
