Intrim Nova Vita® SK821 forms the lower component of a 2-piece flush finish skirting sysetm developed specifically for timber and tiled flooring applications. Designed to deliver the same clean, minimalist flush finish aesthetic as the SK820 profile, the system is ideal for modern coastal homes, Scandi-inspired interiors, and contemporary spaces seeking understated architectural detailing.

This 2-piece configuration combines Intrim's SK801 top piece, installed prior to plastering, with the SK821 base section fitted after timber or tiled floors have been laid. Once assembled, the visible profile presents the same refined, subtle concave curve characteristic of the Nova Vita SK820 skirting.

SK821 is 12mm thick to suit 10mm plasterboard, and available in a range of visible heights to suit different ceiling proportions.

For projects using 13mm plasterboard, use the SK821B system.

For projects with carpet or polished concrete flooring, use the single-piece SK820 system.

Pair the SK801+SK821 2-piece system with DJ820A/B door jamb to ensure consistent detailing across all wall and opening transitions.
