Specifications
  • Coverage: Approximately 2–4 m² per litre, depending on coating thickness.
    • Sizes Available: 1L, 4L, 10L.
    • Application Method: Apply generously with a brush or roller; allow sufficient dwell time for coating breakdown.
    • Clean Up: Water.
    • Suitable Surfaces: Timber, metal, brick, and masonry.
    • Safety: Classified as corrosive; wear gloves, protective clothing, and eye protection.
    • Drying Time Before Recoat: After stripping and cleaning, allow timber to dry thoroughly before applying new coatings.
    • Preparation Step: Neutralise with UltraPrep Timber Cleaner after stripping.
Scope of use
  • Purpose: Removes multiple layers of timber coatings, including oils, stains, paints, and varnishes, as well as some coatings from metal, brick, and masonry surfaces.
    • Where to Use:Exterior timber (decks, fences, outdoor furniture).
      Can also be used on metal, brick, and masonry for coating removal.
    • Not suitable for: Interior timber or surfaces that cannot withstand stripping chemicals.
    • Preparation step: After stripping, clean and neutralise the surface with UltraPrep Timber Cleaner before recoating.
    • Ideal for: Restoration projects, changing coating systems, or removing degraded finishes.
