The HB1650 Pivot Door Set series has been developed primarily for use on large pivot doors as a medium sized option smaller than the 310mm length HB 1480 Series.

The sets with 250mm long flush pulls can also function on sliding doors and in a bi-fold capacity and come as left or right handed sets, with various functions including a privacy option. See below for order code and function details.

Scope of use

This HB1650 flush pull lock set is used for large-scale sliding doors (and can also apply for bi-fold or pivot doors HB1650 D) where a deeper flush pull grip is required, but a sleek, recessed appearance is desired.
Ideal for timber or aluminium sliding doors in architectural interiors (or high-end residential/commercial projects) where the door thickness and backset can accommodate the set. Because the flush pull is ~250mm long, it also gives better finger access on larger leaves or heavier sliding panels.

Features

For finish options please see our current Finishes Sheet. Please check with your local Halliday + Baillie representative as not all finishes are available in all regions.

Flush pulls are designed to be mounted with the body within the thickness of the door, and the face plate on the door surface – total projection is 2mm. Fully recessed mounting is possible on timber doors with the appropriate door thickness. Using glue, epoxy or silicone products etc to secure flush pulls to the door is not required or recommended for installation, and may void warrantee. Glue, epoxy, or silicone products can be used to secure the spindle bar to the back of the snib flush pull for example where sets have a flush pull to one side only.

Halliday + Baillie has been in business for 30 years, and manufacturing and exporting hardware worldwide for well over 25 years. The Halliday + Baillie range of products are proudly produced in New Zealand & Australia where lower volumes enable careful monitoring with a correspondingly high production quality.

Along with our own products, Halliday + Baillie are also the exclusive suppliers in New Zealand and Australia for both the famous German FSB range of architectural door hardware and stocking the first, and original TECTUS concealed hinges by Simonswerk.

We expanded H+B into Australia in 2003 with main hub in Sydney and more recently a display studio in Melbourne. We have suppliers around Australia who help Halliday + Baillie designs be available throughout Australia.
